Dear participants, please contact with this number in case of any inconveniences during your arrival process.

The Organizing Committee could provide the following possibilities for transfer from Varna airport to
Conference Sentido Golden Star Hotel:
• A car for 2/3 persons – 50 levs (approximately 25 Euro)
• A mini-bus for max. 7 persons – 70 levs (approximately 35 Euro)
• A mini-bus for max. 12 persons – 90 levs (approximately 35 Euro)
• A mini-bus for max. 17 persons – 110 levs (approximately 55 Euro)
According to organize the transport kindly ask each participant, who would like to use this transport,
to inform us about his/her travel details (flight number, date and time of arrival). We will summarize
the information and will organize your transfer in groups. Each of you will receive an e_mail with
additional information. You have to pay for your transfer to driver.

A private bus for the travel (ISTANBUL - CONGRESS HOTEL - ISTANBUL) is being organized.

Accommodation

The conference will take place in SENTIDO GOLDEN STAR „Izgrev&Obzor Beach” Hotel Complex (www.goldenstarhotels.com) located in Golden Sands, Varna, BULGARIA.

Full registration tax includes conference materials, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, 5-night all inclusive accommodation in the conference hotel, official gala dinner.

In other case you are free to use only registration tax option, which includes conference materials, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches for 4 conference days, and to book suitable hotel for you in Golden Sands resort.

Cancelation policy:

Only registration fee will be 100 % refund no matter of cancelation time.

Full registration fee will be of 50 % refund in case of cancelation before 10th of August 2015. In case of cancelation after this term money will not be paid back.
