Please download, complete and submit the registration form below (a separate form per participant) including your personal information and any submitted abstracts.

Full registration fee includes conference materials, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, official gala dinner, 5-night accommodation – all inclusive in double room with double occupancy of the room. If the participant would like to occupy a single room he/she has to pay 50 Euro over the registration fee.

Only registration fee includes conference materials, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches for 4 conference days.

Payment of the Registration fee can be performed by bank transfer to the following account. Do not forget to include the participant’s name and the project number.
